摘要
大孔爆破是安庆铜矿地下采矿工程中非常重要的环节之一。大孔爆破的矿石破碎块度合理均匀,能减少二次破碎量,降低炸药单耗,有利于装运,提高效率。反之,则导致生产效率低,采矿成本增加。如何把爆破理论与生产实践相结合,完善爆破技术,提高爆破效果,一直是采矿技术人员为之探索的问题。本文从技术和管理角度,针对安庆铜矿井下大孔爆破存在的问题,探讨影响爆破效果的因素及对策。
The large diameter longhole blasting is one of the most important parts of the mining engineering of Anqing Copper Mine. If the mine breakage size is reasonable uniformity,it can decrease the works of the second breakage, debase the unit-consume of the explosive, and it is propitious to shipping and improve the efficiency, otherwise, it will decrease the produce efficiency and increase the cost of mining. How to combine the theory of blasting with practice, improving the blasting technology and the blasting efficiency is the question of the technician which are exploring all the time. From the mining technology and produce management aspect, influencing factors of blasting effect and its countermeasure for solving the question of large-diameter and deep-hole blasting of Anqing copper mine are researched.
