摘要
我国森林资源相对贫乏，结构性短缺将会更加突出。木材及木材产品的供应只能是资源节约型的。在加大用材林资源培育的同时，还要加强木材资源的高效利用、节约代用以及对木材产品奢侈消费的抑制。并且要提高木材市场的运转效率，增强市场对资源的配置作用。到２０１０年木材及主要产品供需基本达到平衡，实现木材自给是完全可能的。
China's forest resource is relatively lack and structural shortage of wood will be more critical in the future so that the consumption of wood and wood products must be resourcesaving.In the mean time of enlarging plantation forest resource,we must also improve wood utilization efficiency,save wood resource and use substitutes to wood resources,luxurious consumption of wood products should be limited as well.The efficiency of market operation of wood and wood products must be further improved,so that market mechanism could play a fundermental role in wood resource distribution.There is a possibility for China to be basically selfsufficient in wood and main wood products in year 2010.
