摘要
目的:分类分析药品不良反应导致的死亡情况。方法:采用回顾性分类统计,总结不良反应死亡病例教训。结果:ADR死亡病例多发生于老年人,以抗菌药最多见,静脉给药比例较高,半数以上的死亡病例存在合并用药,累及的系统-器官以全身性反应的损害最多见。结论:慎重使用注射剂,加强对临床合理用药的监测。
Objective ： To classify and analyze the situation of the death caused by ADR. Method ： According to the result of statistics, complexions of adverse reaction reports of death were retrospectively analyzed. Result： The ADR death occurred more in the elderly and the ADR drugs were more seen in antibacterials. The ADR occurred highly in the venous injection. More than half of the deathes reaulted from the co administeration of drugs. The body reactional damages existed in the organs affeccted by ADRs. Conclusion： Injections should be used rationally under careful observation.
