摘要 铁塔的焊接接头在焊接过程中会产生残余应力。研究了焊接接头在热时效前后的残余应力大小和分布,结果表明,经热时效处理后焊接接头中的最大残余应力,纵向残余应力,横向残余应力和残余应力差分别降低了53%、52%、64%和46%,热时效消除应力效果良好。 The residual stress remained in the welded iron tower joints in the welding process. The distribution and value of residual stress in the welded joints before and after heat aging were studied. The results reveal that maximum principal residual stress ,longitudinal residual stress, transverse residual stress and the difference in the residual stress in the joints subjected to heat aging will reduce by 53% ,52% ,64% and 46% respectively, with result of relieving stress by using the heat aging being good.
