摘要
随着软力量研究的深入进行,一些深层次的、互相关连的问题逐渐被发现或挖掘出来。其一,软实力与软权力的异同。"软实力"和"软权力"的差异性正在显现,除了承继作为国际权力观的"soft power"论,也要重构它在我国引申的含义。其二,文化力还是政治力占主导地位?文化力和政治力是互相渗透的,在一定程度上呈现出"内"与"外"的关系。其三,软力量评价中的逻辑性问题。即厘清软力量性质的同一性、运用准则的规范性,以及相关观点之间的逻辑性,等等。
With further researches into the soft power,some complicated and related problems have gradually appeared.First, soft power has some different Chinese translations:there emerges difference between'ruan shi li'and'ruan quan li'.While taking up the theory of soft power as a kind of international power thought,reconstruction of its Chinese meaning is necessary. Secondly,which one is the dominant power,political power or cultural power?Cultural power is intermingled with political one, and they show a relationship of'inside'and'outside'to some extent.Thirdly,there is the logical problem in the evaluation of soft power,including the clarification of the identity of soft power,the use of normative standards,the logic among related views, and so on.
