摘要
研究改进随机Hough变换检测针板的安装孔和定位孔边缘,解决常规随机Hough变换检测时针板安装孔、定位孔和送布牙槽边缘相互干扰的问题.采用边缘分离法将针板上的各个孔边缘表示为链表,依照各链表的矩特征量剔除干扰.通过改进的随机Hough变换在各个分离的边缘中检测孔的存在,可以避免针板各个孔边缘之间的相互干扰.实验证明本方法不仅能够检测出针板上的各圆孔边缘,而且可以检测针板的外圆轮廓,可以实现针板孔的非接触测量.
This paper focuses on improved random Hough transform to detect the edges of location holes and mounting holes,and eliminate the interference between the edges of location holes,mounting holes and cloth sending rack in the detection by tranditional random Hough transform. With edge separation the edges of holes on needle plale are expressed into chain tables,the interference is eliminated by matrix features of each chain table. Testing hole is implemented in separated edge area without any edge interference. The needle plate image processing experiment results show this method can detect not only the hole but also circular border segment to realize non-contact measurement of needle plate.
