摘要
用双波长薄层扫描法对甘草酸含量较高的4年生乌拉尔甘草进行了测定.薄层色谱条件:硅胶G板,乙酸乙酯-甲酸-冰醋酸-水(30224)展开,10%硫酸乙醇液显色,λS=425nm,λR=700nm.
This experiment determined the content of the perennial glycyrrhizae uralensis with a more quantity of glycyrrhizin.The experiment was carried out on siticagelG plates with ethyl acetatemethane acidglacial acetic acidwater(30∶2∶2∶4)as the mobile phase,and ethanol solution of sulfuric acid(10%) as developer,at λS=425nm,λR=700nm.Recovery rate was 95% and RSD is 102%(n=5).
