摘要
用双波长薄层扫描法对甘草酸含量较高的４年生乌拉尔甘草进行了测定．薄层色谱条件：硅胶Ｇ板，乙酸乙酯－甲酸－冰醋酸－水（３０２２４）展开，１０％硫酸乙醇液显色，λＳ＝４２５ｎｍ，λＲ＝７００ｎｍ．
This experiment determined the content of the perennial glycyrrhizae uralensis with a more quantity of glycyrrhizin.The experiment was carried out on siticagelG plates with ethyl acetatemethane acidglacial acetic acidwater(30∶2∶2∶4)as the mobile phase,and ethanol solution of sulfuric acid(10%) as developer,at λS=425nm,λR=700nm.Recovery rate was 95% and RSD is 102%(n=5).
