摘要
对鲤斜管虫在不同培养液及培养温度下种群密度的增长进行了探讨。结果表明18℃及22℃下鲤斜管虫生长繁殖良好,而4℃下繁殖速度变慢。牛肉膏、蛋白胨及酵母浸膏培养液中种群密度增长快但衰退也快,而在米粒浸出液中种群密度指数增长期及稳定期均长于其它3种培养液。
The effects of different media and temperatures on the population density of Chilodonella cyprini were studied, the re- sults showed that the growth and reproduction of Chilodonella cyprird were better at 18 ℃ and 22 ℃ than that at 4 ℃. The population densities of Chilodonella cyprini in yeast extract, beef extract and peptone increased quickly while they declined fast too. The logarithmic phase and stable phase of population density of Chilodonella cyprini in rice extract were longer than those in other media.
