摘要
分别从"人"、"机"、"环境"的角度,定性分析了在生产过程中影响三者安全性的主要机理及其对整个人-机-环系统的安全影响,并同时分别建立了三者的安全性数学模型,最后以这些模型为依据,以济钢集团的一个生产车间的现场所测数据为基础,对人-机-环境系统工程进行了定量的分析,取得了良好的效果,为生产现场的安全分析、评价和管理工作提供了依据。
From the three aspects of "human", "machine", "environment", this paper qualitatively analyses the dominant mechanisms which influence the safety degrees of such aspects and their safety influenee to Human- Machine- Environment System (HMES) in the produetion process. Meanwhile, mathematical models for their safety degrees were, respectively proposed finally, according to these models, this paper carries out the quantitative analysis for Human - Machine - Environment Systematic Engineering (HMESE) on the basis of on - spot measured data of a production workshop in Jinan Steel Group. Achieving a good result and providing evidences for the jobs of safety analysis, the method proposed in this paper can be applied in safety assessment and safety management in production location.
