摘要
药残、重金属等化学残留物是目前对于水产品安全性威胁较大的危害因素,在发展大型仪器进行确证检测的同时,有必要建立简便高效的快速筛选检测方法,而这也是目前技术研究的难点和热点之一。本文总结了水产品中典型的化学性危害类型,并重点对国内外快速筛选检测领域的研究和发展情况进行了回顾和归纳,包括新型识别材料的开发、检测技术的研究、以及在实践中的应用情况等;对于所暴露出的问题及今后一段时期该领域的研究发展趋势也进行了分析及展望。
Drug residues, heavy metals and other chemical pollutants are now significant hazards for sea food safety.While many research works are focused on analytical techniques based on mass chromatography and other instruments, it is necessary to give more attention to the development of fast screening techniques, which is also one of the key points of the field.In this paper typical chemical pollutants in sea food, and the advance about fast screening methods for them, were reviewed and summarized, which include new receptors, analytical techniques and their performance in real samples.The development trend of the field was also prospected.
