This paper deals with the initial mixed boundary value problem for nonlinear parabolic complex equation with measurable coefficients.First the uniqueness of solution for the above problem is verified, then a priori estimates of solution for the problem is given.Finally,by using the above estimates and the method of parameter extension,the existence of solution of the initial mixed boundary value probem is proved.
