摘要
目的:观察前痛定方治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:采用简单随机方法将70例ⅢB型前列腺炎患者分为两组,实验组36例,对照组34例。实验组患者口服前痛定方,对照组口服消炎痛。治疗1个月后,比较用药前后患者症状改变和NIH-CPSI症状评分变化的情况。结果:实验组及对照组症状均较治疗前有改善,组内、组间NIH-CPSI症状评分变化有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组较对照组疼痛改善情况更加明显,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前痛定方对ⅢB型前列腺炎具有明显的疗效。
Objective ： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qiantongding Decoction in the treatment of type Ⅲ B prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome （CPPS）. Methods： Seventy patients with type ⅢB prostatitis / CPPS were randomly divided into an experimental group （n = 36） and a control group （n = 34）, the former treated with Qiantongding Decoction, and the latter with oral Indometacin, both for a month. Then their scores on Pelvic Pain Symptom Survey and NIH-CPSI were documented and compared. Results： An obvious improvement was observed in both groups after the treatment, with significant differences from pre-treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the experimental group showed a significantly better alleviation of pain than the control （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Qiantongding Decoction has an obvious therapeutic effect on type Ⅲ B prostatitis / CPPS.
