摘要
研究了退火工艺对超深冲Nb+Ti-IF钢性能的影响。结果表明,退火不充分时,钢的r值较低,只有连续退火且退火充分时才能发挥Nb+Ti-IF钢优异的深冲性能。提高均热温度和均热时间都使r值增加,其中温度的影响更为显著。
The effect of annealing in Nb+Ti-IF steel on properties was investigated.The experimental results showed that annealing condition had strong influence on the r value of Nb+Ti-IF steel.r value increased with the increase of annealing temperature.Continuous annealing had better advantage than box annealing.The large grain size of annealed sheets improved r value and elongation effectively.
