摘要
根据1983—1986年渤海鱼类复殖吸虫调查的结果,对其群落结构进行研究。共发现复殖吸虫14科48属84种。多元分析结果表明:渤海复殖吸虫可以分为内海和外海两个群落:内海的黄姑鱼多睾吸虫(Pleorchis nibeae)—天津褶膜吸虫(Ectenurus tiagjinensis)—多变颈源吸虫(Derogenes varicus)群落(简称PED);外海的球形孔肠吸虫(Opecoelus sphaericus)—褐菖鲉孔肠吸虫(Opecoelus sebastisci)—马面魨拟孟氏吸虫(Paramanteriella cantherini)群落(简称OOP)。PED的种类组成、数量和多样性均高于OOP,但优势种类和优势度却相对较低。群落结构差异与渤海地理环境、宿主组成、水环境等多因子相关。
A survey to investigate digenetic trematodes of fish was carried out in Bohai Sea from 1983 to 1986. Digenetic trematode community structure was analyzed by multivariate analysis, including cluster analysis and metric multidimensional scaling analysis ( MDS ). Total of 84 species, belonging to 48 genus, 14 families were identified. There were two communities which can be distinguished: ( Ⅰ ) in the interior sea was P. nibeae-E. tiagjinensis-D, varicus community ( PED ), and (Ⅱ) in the outer sea was O. sphaericus-O, sebastisci-P. cantherini ( OOP ) based on the Bray-Cartis similarity matrix calculated according to species abundance compositions of each sampling site. In PED, the species, abundance, Margalef index, Shannon-Veaner index and Pielou index were higher than OOP, except Simpson index. There were 3 dominant species in PED and value of dominance was low, but in OOP were 13 taxa with high dominance values. Big gap between two communities was correlated to many factors, such as geographical characteristics of Bohai, host, the aquatic habitat, and so on.
