摘要 团队隐性知识共享已发展成为团队核心竞争优势建立的重要基础。基于团队隐性知识共享的障碍,通过对团队环境、个体态度和工作关系的分析,挖掘可控因素,积极调整可控因素,激励团队成员积极形成内在共享动机,实现团队隐性知识共享。
