摘要
测试了16个2至8年生杨树品种叶和细根浸提物对莴苣(Lactuca sativa)种子萌发的化感作用。结果表明:不同杨树品种叶的水浸物对莴苣种子萌发具有不同强度的化感作用。I-72、廊坊杨、中林74号、中林55号、中林151号、中林299号6个品种具有一定的促进作用;中林9号、中林10号、中林725号、中新2号、南林895号和中新34号6个品种具有一定的抑制作用;而84-315、白林1号、三角杨与中监1号4个品种无明显的化感作用。不同树龄杨树根系水浸物对莴苣种子的萌发具有明显的影响,表现出随着树龄增加抑制作用逐渐增强的趋势。幼年树体根系水浸物对莴苣种子萌发具有一定的促进作用,适宜于间作农作物。随着树体年龄增大,化感的抑制作用明显增强,但由于此时主要根系已经不在浅土层,其较强的抑制作用对根系分布在表土层的农作物将不会有太大的影响,但必须关注其对连茬或后茬的负面影响。
An experiment was conducted to study the allelopathy of t6 different poplar cultivars, aged 2 -8 years, to Lactuca sativa. Results indicated that waterextraeted liquid from leaves of different cultivars had different intensities of allelopathy to seed germination of L. sativa. The allelopathy of some cttltivars, 84-315, Bailin-1, Sanjiaoyang and Zhongjian-1, was not significant, while some eultivars, 1-72, Langfangyang, Zhonglin-74, Zhonglin-55, Zhonglin-151 and Zhonglin-299, promoted the germination of L. sativa, and other 6 cultivars, Zhonglin-9, Zhonglin-lO, Zhonglin-725, Zhongxin-2, Nanlin-895 and Zhongxin-34, showed significant allelopathy. Waterextracted liquid of poplar roots of different ages exhibited an evident effect on seed germination of L. sativa, showing an enhancing tendency with increasing tree age. Therefore, younger poplar forest is suitable for intercropping. For elder poplar trees, the inhibition effect mainly happened in deep soil layer and no significant control was observed on the crops with shallow roots.
