摘要
糖尿病性冠心病是糖尿病的慢性大血管并发症之一,是糖尿病的主要死因,对其积极有效的防治,具有重要的意义。从糖尿病性冠心病的中医病名、病因病机、辨证分型、辨证施治等方面进行综述。认为本病病机为气阴两虚,瘀血痰浊内阻,心脉不通;病位在心,与肝、脾、肾有关;为本虚、标实之证,本虚为气阴两虚,标实为血瘀、痰浊互阻。临床辨证各有心得,或以阴阳、脏腑、病因、气血津液辨证;或以辨证与辨病相结合;或辨病为主;或一方为主,随证加减;或突出治法,辨证贯穿始终。
Diabetic coronary heart disease is a chronic diabetic vascular complications of diabetes, which is the main cause of death, its positive and effective prevention and treatment is of great significance. This article summarized from the nomenclature, pathogenesis and etiology, syndrome type, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and other areas of diabetic coronary heart disease in Chinese medicine. The pathogenesis of this disease is considered to be lacking in both Qi and Yin,internal stagnation of blood stasis or murky phlegm and fluid, block in cardiac vascular; The location of the disease is in Heart, relating Liver, Spleen and Kidney;The symptom appeared to be excess,while the root of the disease is deficiency. The deficiency of root means lacking of both Qi and Yin, while the excess of branch means internal stagnation of blood stasis and murky phlegm and fluid. Each has their own experience on clinical syndrome differentiation of this disease,some of them based on Yin and Yang,Zang-viseeral and Fu-viseeral,etiology or Qi ,blood and body fluid; some others based on the combinations of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, or they only concentrated on disease differentiation;There also have bodies based on one formula and plus or minus with different syndromes;Or they stress on treatments, with syndrome differentiation run through from beginning to end.
