性别、耳别和季节对新生儿听力筛查通过率的影响 被引量:37

The Effects of Gender,Ear Side and Seasons on the Pass Rate of the Universal Newborn Hearing Screening Program

摘要 目的探讨性别、耳别和季节对新生儿听力筛查通过率的影响。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2006年12月期间在北京市海淀区妇幼保健院接受听力筛查的32981名新生儿的资料。新生儿出生后3~5天采用瞬态声诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)和畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)相结合的方法进行听力筛查,分别对各年度性别、耳别及季节的通过率、各年度不同季度中性别及耳别的通过率、各年度不同季度的总通过率进行统计学分析。结果各年度性别和耳别对通过率有显著影响(P<0.01),即女婴通过率高于男婴,右耳通过率高于左耳,而季节对通过率的影响无规律可循。结论性别和耳别对新生儿听力筛查通过率可能有一定影响,分别制定男婴和女婴,左耳和右耳的听力筛查通过标准可能更为合适。 Objective To assess the effects of gender, ear side and seasons on the pass rate of the universal newborn hearing screening (UNHS) program. Methods Subjects included 32 981 newborns at Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital. Transient evoked otoacoustie emissions (TEOAEs) and distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAEs) were used to screen the hearing of all infants within 3-5 days after birth. Results In this study, the effect of gender and ear side on the pass rate of UNHS was confirmed in a large population. The pass rate was significantly higher in the right ear of the female newborns,consistent with previous studies. The pass rates in 2005 and 2006 were lower than in 200a and 2004. This can be attributed to earlier screening in a subset of infants in those years. No relationship between seasons and pass rate was found. Conclusion The effects of gender and ear side should be taken into account for the establishment of passing criteria for UNHS program. Moreover, an appropriate screening schedule and a combined of TEOAE and DPOAE techniques need to be addressed.
