摘要
针对清平磷矿矿石特性,因地制宜地提出"矿浆无需加温"、"正浮选无需添加碳酸盐抑制剂"、"反浮选无需添加磷酸"、"反浮选无需添加碳酸盐捕收剂"的"四无"正反浮选工艺。在原矿P2O522.22%、MgO 2.91%、磨矿细度-200目93%的条件下,进行连续运转72 h的1 t/d扩大连续性试验,可获得P2O530.37%、MgO 0.53%、精矿产率60.71%、回收率82.99%的工艺指标。
The direct - reverse flotation process of ore pulp with- out being heated, direct flotation without addition of carbonate inhibitor, reverse flotation without addition of phosphoric acid and reverse flotation without addition of phosphate collector is proposed in response to the characteristics of phosphorus ore from Qingping Phosphate Mine. 72 hours of continuous pilot test of I t/d on run-of- mine ores with P2O5 22.22% and MgO 2.91% at the conditions of 93 % of - 200 grinding size can obtain concentrates of P2O5 30.37 % and MgO 0.53% with the yield of 60.71% and the recovery 82. 99%.
