摘要
调制域测量需要实现精确连续测量时间间隔,无死区触发模块设计是调制域测量仪器研制取得突破的关键和难点。文章采用计数-内插时间间隔测量原理和交替存储ZDT,并将触发时序提炼为两种不同测量时序,通过分析,指出不同测量时序下实现调制域测量功能对无死区触发要求,给出调制域脉冲分析仪无死区触发模块设计方案,详细介绍无死区需求实现方法,并已在工程中验证了该方法的正确性。
Modulation domain measurements need to achieve accurate measurement of time intervals. It is the key point and difficulty for modulation domain measuring equipment to break breakthroughs in its development. We used counting - interpolation time interval measurement principle and alternate storage ZDT, refined arming timing into two different measurement timing, pointed out requirement of zero dead time arming under different modulation domain measurements , gave the design of zero dead time module in modulation domain pulse analyzer, and introduced the realization method in detail. The correctness of the method has been verified in work.
