摘要
用蔗糖、硝酸铝、硼酸、乙醇、硝酸钙等配制的3种不同配方的保鲜剂对非洲菊切花进行瓶插试验,研究了切花的保鲜寿命、切花观赏值、花枝鲜重变化和水分平衡值等指标。结果表明:以2%蔗糖+0.5%乙醇+1g·L^(-1)硝酸钙为配方的处理3(T3)对非洲菊的保鲜效果最好。它显著地延长了瓶插寿命,有效地延缓了切花花径的展开速度,增加了鲜重,推迟了切花鲜重和水分平衡值的下降速度,使花茎坚韧,明显提高了观赏价值。
The experiment was based on cut flowers Gerbera jamesonii, and the cut flowers had been treated with three different kinds of preservatives mixed with sucrose, aluminum nitrate, boric acid, ethanol and calcium nitrate. Then some indexes were tested including vase life, ornamental value, changes of fresh weight of branch value significantly.
