摘要
通过回归和方差分析发现,刚刚采集的银杏花粉生活力高达84.5%~98.12%。在一年生枝段上,小孢子叶球的下部比上部花粉生活力高13.36%。靛蓝(IG)更适于银杏花粉生活力的测定。在干燥器+冰箱贮藏条件下,银杏花粉30d后生活力下降到72.1%,60d后下降到62.4%,半年后下降到51.4%,一年后下降到1.5%。
The results of variance and regression analysis showed that the vitality of the fresh Ginkgo pollen was 84. 5%-98. 12%. Its vitality might be declined about 50% throught low tem-perature treatment ( -10--5°C). The vitality of the pollen collected from the lower part of stro-bili was higher than that collected from the upper part by 13. 36%. Indigocarmine (IG,0. 5%) was the best treatment pigment for Ginkgo pollen. It was found that vitality declined to 72. 1%, 62, 4%,51. 4% and 1. 5%,after storing 30 days,60 days,180 days and 360 days,respectively,in desiccator +refrigerator.
