摘要
目的:测定麦饭石提取液中的稀土元素含量,并进一步探讨了稀土元素及其含量与疾病的关系。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定稀土元素和应用SPSS13.0软件对稀土元素进行系统聚类分析。结果:麦饭石提取液中含有镧、铈、钕、钐、钆、镝、镱、铒、镨、钪10种稀土,其中钕含量最高,镝、铈、镨为较少,镥、钬、钷、铽、铥、铕6种稀土元素未检出。结论:通过元素测定和聚类分析,可以在一定程度上解释稀土元素对人体健康的影响作用。
Objective :To determine the contents of rare earth elements in Mafan stone extracts, and to further discuss the relationship of the rare earch elements and their content with the diseases. Methods :The inductive coupling plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) was used to determine the contents of rare elements and SPSS13.0 software was used to contain the rare elements on the system cluster analysis. Results:The Manfan stone extracts contained La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Yb, Er, Pr, Sc 10 kinds of rare element, in which the concent of Nd was highest, Dy, Ce, Pr were lower, Lu, Ho, Pm, Td, Tm, Eu 6 kinds of rare element had not detected. Conclusion:Through the element determination and the cluster analysis, we may explain the rare earth element to the influence function of the human body health.
