摘要
采用棉用阻燃剂FPK8002对阻燃涤纶/棉织物进行阻燃整理,探讨阻燃剂浓度、焙烘条件及交联剂用量对织物阻燃性能的影响,分析阻燃涤纶含量和织物组织结构对阻燃涤纶/棉织物阻燃性能的影响。阻燃涤纶/棉织物阻燃整理的优化工艺为阻燃剂FPK8002用量350g/L,交联剂用量350g/L,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间4min。测试结果表明,整理织物的裂解温度明显降低,阻燃性能符合国家B1级标准。
Flame-retardant finish was carried out on flame-retardant polyester/cotton fabric with tlame-retaroant agent FPK8002 Influences of concentration of flame-retardant agent, curing conditions, dosage of crosslinking agent, content of flame-retardant polyester and fabric construction on flame retardancy were studied. The optimized flame-retardant cond tons were as follows: FPK8002 3.50 g/L, crosslinking agent 350 g/L, and curing at 160 ℃ for 4 min; decomposition temperature of treated fabric dropped obviously, and flame retardancy met B1 grade of national standard.
