摘要
考虑材料性能随温度的变化,采用热弹塑性有限元法,对客运专线道岔辙叉垫板的焊接进行了三维数值模拟,分析了焊接温度场、残余应力分布及残余变形。结果表明:辙叉角焊缝纵向残余应力为拉应力,横向残余应力为压应力,最大等效残余应力出现在焊缝末端。辙叉的焊接残余变形随焊接热输入的增大而增大。采用刚性固定法能明显减小辙叉的焊接残余变形。
The three-dimensional numerical simulation on welding in frog pad of passenger dedicated rail line turnoff was performed by thermal-elastic-plastic FEA.The changes of material character along with temperature were considered.The welding temperature field,residual stresses and distortion were analyzed.The results showed that longitudinal residual stress of fillet weld was tensile stress,transverse residual stress of fillet weld was compressive stress and the maximum equivalent residual stress was located at weld terminal.The residual deformation increases with the increase of heat input value.The residual deformation obviously decreased by using method of rigidity immobility.
