摘要
从专业化视角审视高师学生的教师职业技能训练有着特殊意义,现行高师学生的教师职业技能训练并未达到预期的效果,这既有认识层面的问题。也有实践层面的问题,认真分析这些问题及其产生的根源,有助于明确高师学生职业技能训练的目标,丰富高师学生职业技能训练的内容,创新高师学生职业技能训练的方法,完善高师学生职业技能训练的考核,强化高师学生职业技能训练的保障机制。
It is significant to analyze the professional skills training of teachers' university in the professional perspective. The current professional skills training can not bring the expected effect because of the problems of both ideology and practice. This analyze of these problems and the reasons behind is helpful to clarify the target, to enrich the content, to innovate the methods, to improve the evaluation and to strengthen the indernnificatory mechanism of the professional skills training of teachers' university.
