摘要
针对军事通信系统效能的评估问题,提出了一种将模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy AHP)和ADC方法结合的一种改进方法。在确定军事通信系统评价指标体系的基础上,将Fuzzy AHP方法的两级综合评估结果作为ADC方法中的能力向量C,对ADC方法的评估模型进行了修正。该方法既削弱了Fuzzy AHP方法静态主观的方面的不足,又克服ADC方法在求解能力向量C时缺少一个完整的、规范的指标体系的缺点。仿真计算的结果表明,改进方法的评估结果接近试验统计法的评估结果。
An improved method with Fuzzy AHP and ADC combined is proposed for the effectiveness evaluation on military communication system. On the basis of the determination of estimation specification architecture for the military communication system, the two-level synthesized evaluation results of Fuzzy AHP method is used as the capacity vector C of ADC method and the evaluation model of ADC method has been improved. The deficiencies in the static evaluation and subjectivity of Fuzzy AHP are reduced, and the deficiencies in defect of one integrated and regular specification architecture for ADC method when capacity vector C is solved are overcome. It is shown by the results of the simulation and the calculation that the evaluation results of the improved method approach that of the test statistics method.
