摘要
基于疲劳寿命预测的相关理论,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,针对汽车横向稳定杆建立有限元模型,并将模型在ANSYS中作虚拟疲劳仿真分析,在较短的时间内获得了该零件的预测疲劳寿命、寿命安全系数及危险部位等信息。从而可以快速判断该零件的受力、可靠性、疲劳寿命等情况;缩短了产品的设计周期,并可以对材料的选取、结构的优化设计作出快速响应。
On the basis of relevant theory of fatigue life-span prediction and utilizing ANSYS finite element analytical software, the finite element model was established for the transverse stability rod of automobile. And the virtual fatigue simulative analysis of model was made within ANSYS, thus the information of predicted fatigue life-span, safety coefficient of life-span and dangerous position etc. of the component part was obtained in a comparatively short period of time. Thereby the conditions of force bearing, reliability and fatigue life-span etc. of the component part can be rapidly judged. The designing period of product was shortened and a rapid response can be made on the selection of materials and the optimization design of structures.
