磁场辅助对掺杂TiO_2薄膜光催化活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 利用外加匀强磁场辅助掺杂TiO2光催化降解偶氮胭脂红B溶液,通过实验探讨外加磁场对Fe3+和La3+掺杂TiO2薄膜光催化活性的影响。研究结果表明:外加磁场使掺杂Fe3+/TiO2薄膜的光催化活性降低,在磁感应强度为7mT时,催化剂几乎完全失活,光催化降解率低于2.0%;而对于掺杂1.0%La3+/TiO2薄膜,在磁感应强度为30mT时,光催化降解率达47.4%,比无外加磁场时高12%;磁场辅助对掺杂TiO2光催化活性的影响与掺杂离子的磁导率有关。 Effects of magnetic field on photo-catalytic degradation of azocarrnine B with Fe^3+ or La^3+ doped TiO2 films were investigated. The results indicate that the photo-catalytic activity of Fe^3+/TiO2 films is deactivation and the activity of La^3+/TiO2 films is reactivation in magnetic field. The degradation rate of Fe^3+/TiO2 films is less than 2.0% at 7 mT of magnetic induction. The degradation rate of doped La^3+/TiO2 (1.0%) film achieves 47.4% at 30 mT of magnetic induction, which is more than 12% compared with that without applied magnetic field. The effect of permanent magnetic field on the photo-catalytic activity of doped TiO2 films is determined by the doping ion's magnetic permeability and the magnetic intensity.
