腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除与Semmk式切除对比研究

摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术的临床效果及及应用价值。方法回顾分析腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术(ICISH)87例和经腹Semm式子宫切除术(CISH)69例患者ICISH的手术及术后情况。结果87例腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术均顺利完成,无严重并发症。结论腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术安全、切口小、出血少、患者痛苦少、手术效果好、术后恢复快、住院时间短,效果肯定;并且ICISH比CISH并发症少。
