抗氧剂2088在顺丁橡胶装置的应用 被引量:1

Application of Antioxidant 2088 in cis-Polybutadiene Rubber Plant

摘要 对抗氧剂2088与抗氧剂264在顺丁橡胶生产过程中对产品的稳定作用进行了比较,试用抗氧剂2088后,凝胶平均含量较抗氧剂264低0.23%。通过生产装置的试验及产品检验的结果,证明抗氧剂2088完全可以替代抗氧剂264,同时实现了橡胶产品由通用型向环保型的转变,提高了产品质量。 Comparison was made between antioxidant 2088 and the antioxidant 264 during cis-polybutadiene rubber production for their stabilization functions on the products.When the antioxidant 2088 was used for test,its daily average gelatin content is 0.23 % lower than that of antioxidant 264.The result of plant production test and product inspection shows that the antioxidant 2088 can substitute for antioxidant 264,the change from general-purpose rubber product to the environmental-friendly product has been realized,and product quality has been improved.
