摘要
对光温敏核不育系和常规品种在不同生育时期进行过氧化物酶(POD)的聚丙烯酰胺同工酶电泳分析.结果表明,二者在不同生育时期的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶酶谱表达上存在明显差异,光温敏核不育系在育性转换的敏感时期出现了特征酶带.
Peroxide （POD） was analyzed in different growth stage by polyacrylamide gel e- lectrophoresis （PAGE） of between Photo-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile （PT- GMS） line and ordinary varieties Rice. The results showed that there were obvious differen bands of POD in different growth stage, there were characteristic bands of POD in sensitive stage of fertility alteration in PTGMS line.
