重庆垃圾焚烧飞灰特性及其化学稳定性研究 被引量:5

摘要 调查分析了重庆垃圾焚烧飞灰样品的性质和重金属浸出规律。结果表明:飞灰的主要组成元素有Ca、Si、Al、S、K、Na、Fe、Mg、Cl等,飞灰样品中的重金属元素含量大约为1%,存在较大的环境风险。采用原有国标浸出毒性鉴别方法(GB 5086.1—1997)和新国标浸出毒性鉴别方法(HJ/T299—2007),证明焚烧飞灰具有毒性;采用磷酸钠作化学稳定剂时,取得了较好的稳定效果,但仍不能满足生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准值(GB 16889—2008)的要求。 The characteristics and leaching behavior of heavy metals in fly ash Chongqing, were investigated. The results indicated that the main elements of fly sampled from MSWI plant in ash were Ca, Si, Al, S, K, Na, Fe, Mg, Cl, and the total fraction of heavy metals was about 1%, therefore MSWI fly ash had potential environmental risk. Both the leaching ways of GB 5086.1 - 1997 and HJ/T 299 -2007 proved the fly ash had leaching toxicity. When stabilizer sodium phosphate were used, good results achieved, but it can not reach the standard for pollution control on the landfill site of municipal solid waste( GB 16889--2008).
