摘要
根据齿轮啮合原理,分析并比较了圆弧齿线双圆弧齿轮与普通双圆弧齿轮啮合特性的差异。通过推导这种新型齿轮齿面诱导法曲率,分析了接触强度得以提高的原因。同时用切齿法进行研究后得出,该齿轮还具有较高弯曲强度。
In this paper, a new type gear with the general double circular arc gear are analysed and compared, based on the gear engagement principle, and many differences in engagement speciality were found. It is shown that this gear is of both high bending strength and high contact strength by analysing and studying its induced curvature and cutting methods.
