摘要
使用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法,以光卤石冷分解制取氯化钾结晶过程为基础,对DTB型结晶器内的流体动力学状态进行模拟.考察不同搅拌速度下不同流体的动力学状态,以及不同晶体粒径在不同搅拌速度下的悬浮状态,从而分析结晶器内的流体力学状态对结晶过程的影响.结果表明,搅拌速度对液体、固体流场和晶体悬浮状态都有显著的影响.
Based on the process of potassium chloride production from carnallite with cold crystallization, the fluid dynamics in different stirring speed was simulated by computational fluid dynamics method in DTB crystallizer. The effects of the stirring speed on the solid suspension of different size crystals have been studied, and then the effects of fluid dynamics on crystallization process in DTB crystallizer were analyzed. The results show that the stirring speed has clearly influence on the flow field of liquid and solid and solid suspension.
