神经干细胞在神经系统疾病治疗中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 从人和动物的胚胎和成体神经组织均可获得神经干细胞,在一定的诱导条件下,修复各种病理条件引起的神经元缺失和受损的神经胶质细胞,从而促进丧失的神经功能恢复。神经干细胞的发现为神经系统疾病的治疗提供了新的途径。神经干细胞移植治疗神经系统疾病具有广泛的应用前景。
