摘要
以异丙胺、正丁胺和苯酐等为原料,合成N-异丙基邻苯二甲酰亚胺和N-正丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺,将两者按一定比例复配制得环保型染色载体BIP,并应用于涤纶沸染载体染色。染色试验表明,在常压和100℃条件下,分散染料染色时添加BIP染60 min,即可使涤纶织物获得较好的表观色深,其耐水洗牢度和耐摩擦牢度均达到4级以上。
N-isopropyl phthalimide and n-butyl phthalimide are prepared by the reaction of isopropyl amine, n-butyl amine and ophthalic anhydride. An environmental-friendly dyeing carrier BIP is made through mixing these two products in an appropriate proportion and is applied to carrier dyeing of polyester at boiling point. The K/S value and color fastness of dyed fabric demonstrate that the dyeing carrier BIP can induce polyester better K/S value and more than grade 4 color fastness to washing and rubbing under the condition of dyeing for 60 minutes at atmospheric pressure 100 ℃.
