摘要
【目的】探讨橘荔散结丸对子宫肌瘤组织和子宫肌层组织雌激素受体(ER)α、β亚型表达水平的影响及作用机理。【方法】将40例患者分为2组,服用橘荔散结丸治疗后有手术指征且要求手术者20例为治疗组,未曾服用中西药物治疗而要求手术者20例为对照组。采用放射免疫法检测两组子宫肌瘤组织及周围正常子宫肌层组织的ERα、ERβ的表达水平。【结果】两组子宫肌瘤组织和子宫肌层组织均存在ERα、ERβ表达,且子宫肌瘤组织中ERα、ERβ的表达水平高于子宫肌层组织(P<0.01),同时发现ERα在子宫肌瘤组织与子宫肌层组织中表达水平高于ERβ(P<0.05);而治疗组子宫肌瘤组织ERα、ERβ表达水平低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组子宫肌层组织ERα表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组子宫肌层组织ERβ表达水平比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。【结论】子宫肌瘤的发生与ERα、ERβ在子宫局部的表达相关;降低子宫肌瘤患者肌瘤组织中ERα、ERβ水平及子宫肌层ERα水平可能是橘荔散结丸治疗子宫肌瘤的主要机理之一。
Objective To observe the effect of expression in the myometrium and hysteromyoma Juli Sanjie Pill （JSP） on estrogen receptor （ER） ERα and ERβ tissue, and to explore the correlation of ERα and ERβ expression levels with the incidence of hysteromyoma. Methods Forty hysteromyoma patients were divided into two groups： 20 patients with operative indications after oral use of JSP and asking for operation, were enrolled in the treatment group, and other 20 patiens without mediation of medicine but asking for operation were in the control group. The ERα and ERβ expression levels in hysteromyoma tissue and the surrounding normal myometrium of the two groups were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results There presented the expression of ERα and ERβ in the hysteromyoma tissue and the surrounding normal myometrium of the two groups, and the levels in the hysteromyoma tissue were higher than that in the myometrium （P 〈 0.01 ）. The ERα expression level in hysteromyoma tissue and myometrium was higher than ERβ level （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the treatment group,ERα and ERβ expression levels in hysteromyoma tissue were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the expression level of ERα was lower in the myometrium than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the difference of ERβ expression level in the myometrium of the two groups was insignificant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The incidence of hysteromyoma is correlated with the local expression of ERα and ERβ in the uterus. The therapeutic mechanism of JSP for hysteromyoma is probably related with the decrease of ERα and ERβ expression levels in hysteromyoma tissue and with the decrease of ERα level in the surrounding normal myometrium.
