摘要
【目的】观察鸡腿菇提取液对小鼠小肠推进和胃排空功能的影响。【方法】选用昆明种小鼠,采用炭末小肠推进试验和改良酚红含量测定法,分别观察不同剂量鸡腿菇对正常、新斯的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷小鼠小肠推动和胃排空功能的影响。【结果】鸡腿菇提取液可显著促进正常小鼠的胃肠运动(3.0、6.0、9.0、12.0 g/kg剂量组)和胃排空功能(1.5、3.0、6.0、9.0、12.0 g/kg剂量组),与正常对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);对新斯的明负荷所致的小鼠小肠推进亢进(6.0 g/kg剂量)、胃排空亢进(3.0 g/kg剂量)均有显著的拮抗作用(P<0.05);对肾上腺素负荷所致的小肠推进抑制(6.0 g/kg剂量)、胃排空抑制(3.0 g/kg剂量)具有显著的拮抗作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】鸡腿菇对胃肠运动功能具有双向调节作用:运动功能正常或低下时有促进作用,而运动功能亢进时则有抑制作用。
Objective To observe the effect of extract of Coprinus comatus on small intestinal propulsion and gastric emptying function in mice. Methods Effect of extract of Coprinus comatus at different doses on small intestinal propulsion and gastric emptying function was observed in normal mice, neostigmine-load mice and epinephrine-load mice by charcoal powder method and by modified phenol red method respectively. Results The small intestinal propulsion of normal mice was promoted by the extract of Coprinus comatus at the doses of 3.0, 6.0, 9.0 and 12.0 g/kg, and the gastric emptying function of normal mice was promoted by the extract of Coprinus comatus at the doses of 1.5, 3.0, 6.0, 9.0 and 12.0 g/kg, the difference being significant as compared with the normal group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). In neostigmine-load mice, the hyperactivity of small intestinal propulsion was counteracted by the extract of Coprinus comatus at the dose of 6.0 g/kg, and the hyperactivity of gastric emptying function was counteracted by the extract of Coprinus comatus at the dose of 3.0 g/kg ( P 〈 0.05 ). In epinephrine-load mice, the inhibition of small intestinal propulsion was counteracted by the extract of Coprinus comatus at the dose of 6. 0 g/kg, and the inhibition of gastric emptying function was counteracted by the extract of Coprinus comatus at the dose of 3.0 g/kg ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Coprinus comatus has two-way regulation on the gastrointestinal function of mice: having promoting action when the gastrointestinal function is normal or hypoactive, and having inhibitory action when the gastrointestinal function is hyperactive.
