摘要
以深圳市滨海医院的筹建工作为例,论述了在现代化医院筹建过程中,转变传统办公模式,建立便捷高效的办公自动化系统的重要性;指出通过建设OA系统,加强信息管理,健全现代化管理机制,提高工作效率,优质高效完成医院筹建工作,是一种值得推广的现代化管理工具。
Taking example of the construction preparation work of Binhai Hospital, Shenzhen this article describes importance of changing traditional office work mode and setting up an efficient and easier OAS in construction preparation process ot a modern hospital; It points out that by introduction of AOS,it could enhance information management,improve modern management mechanism raise work efficiency and accomplish with high quality and efficacy the hospital construction preparation mission. This is a modern management tool worth to be popularized.
