摘要
研究了低温条件下,生物砂滤柱对有机物和氨氮的去除效果,及滤柱中生物量和生物活性的变化,并应用属性层次分析法对影响滤柱低温运行的主要因素进行了分析。结果表明:水温在5.2~10.2℃时,生物砂滤柱对NH4+-N的去除率为51.31%~66.35%,对CODMn的去除率仅为9.18%~16.04%,其生物活性为0.029~0.055 mg/(h.g);温度从12.7℃下降到5.2℃,生物量减少了17.33%,而生物活性减少了56.72%;同时水温、基质浓度、滤速为重要的影响因素,其权重分别为0.318、0.270和0.118。
The removal rates of organic matters and NH^+_4-N by a biological sand filter were studied and the changes in biomass and microbial activity in the filter were analyzed at law temperature.It applied AHM for analyzing influencing factors.The removal rates of NH^+_4-N and COD_Mn were 51.31% to 66.35% and 9.18% to 16.04% separately in biological sand filter at 5.2℃to 10.2℃.Microbial activity was 0.029~0.055 mg/(h·g).The biomass and microbial activity were decreased by 17.33% and 56.72% when the water temperature fell down from 12.7℃ to 5.2℃.It applied AHM for analyzing influencing factors.The results showed that the temperature,substrate concentration and filter velocity were the important factors.Their weights were 0.318,0.270 and 0.118,respectively.
