摘要
在ZS195柴油机上采用液态LPG与柴油预混和,向缸内直接喷射的燃烧方式进行了燃烧实验研究,实验结果与燃烧柴油时的实验结果进行了比较。从结果看出,发动机能在较大的负荷范围内稳定燃烧。较柴油燃烧相比,发动机采用混合燃料燃烧时,其CO的排放有所升高,而HC、NOx及碳烟的排放则有较大幅度的下降,燃料的经济性能较好。
A homogeneous pre-mixture of LPG and diesel was eombusted by direct injection into the cylinder in ZS195 diesel. Experimental and analytic studies on the combustion, the engine performance and the exhaust characteristics were conducted for investigating the possibilities and the problems of LPG application in the CI engine. Results show that the engine can run over a wide range of load with a high efficiency and the HC, NOx and smoke emission can be reduced compared to the pure diesel. But the CO emission was increased.
