试验采用单因素随机区组设计,将90头体重相近的28日龄断奶仔猪分为2组(分别添加发酵豆粕和发酵菜籽粕),每组3个重复,每个重复15头。试验分两个阶段,每个阶段12d,预饲期6d。发酵菜籽粕组在两个阶段分别以50%和100%的比例替代发酵豆粕。试验结果表明,第Ⅰ阶段断奶仔猪日增重有提高趋势,饲料增重比和腹泻率有降低趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);第Ⅱ阶段断奶仔猪日增重、日采食量和饲料增重比分别提高了4.05%、3.14%和0.54%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,发酵菜籽粕可以部分或完全取代发酵豆粕用于断奶仔猪饲粮中。
A total of ninty three-way cross（Duroc× Landrace ×Yorkshire） weaned piglets （average initial weight about 9.5±0.5 kg, age about 28 d, weaning age was 21±1 d ） were randomly allocated to two treatments with three pens per treatment and 15 pigs per pen according to the initial body weight and gender. The trial contains two stages, pigs were fed different diets in different teams at different stages. The results showed that the average daily gain （ADG）, average daily feed intake （ADFI）, feed/gain ratio （F/G） and diarrhoea rate has no significant difference （P〉 0.05） in the first stage. The ADG, ADFI and F/G increased 4.05%, 3.14% and 0.54% respectively in the second stage and all has no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Therefore fermented rapeseed meal could replace ferment soybean meal all or partly.
