摘要
分析了随机可靠性模型中模型参数的不确定性,指出了传统故障树定量分析中存在的问题。在已知机械系统各组成单元的区间失效概率的情况下,利用区间分析理论,提出了与门结构和或门结构的区间概率计算方法,建立了机械系统故障树定量评价的区间概率法。通过工程实例的计算表明,该方法是切实可行的。
The uncertainties of the parameters of stochastic reliability model were analyzed. The existing problem of conventional fault tree analysis was indicated. The interval failure probability of mechanical system elements was analyzed. Using interval analysis theory, the interval probability analysis method of the AND operator and OR operator was proposed and interval probability evaluation method of mechanical system fault tree theory was constructed. The approach was illustrated by an example. According to the numerical results, the approach proposed is a practical reliability analysis method.
