摘要
对玉米抗病基因SSR标记的分析表明,在黄早四、4个黄早四衍生系和衍生系配制的4个杂交种中都存在矮花叶病抗性基因mdml(t)与玉米茎腐病抗性基因Rfg1,但不具有茎腐病抗性基因Rpi1。鲁单981具有南方锈病抗性基因RppQ,其余8个材料都不含该基因。对小斑病抗性基因STS标记的扩增结果显示9,个材料具有大小相同的带型,序列分析显示黄早四具有抗性基因rhm。SSR标记和STS标记分析结果同田间抗性相符合,两种分子标记可有效地用于玉米抗性基因的遗传传递分析。
SSR analysis of maize resistant genes revealed that the dwarf mosaic virus resistance gene mdm/(t) and stalk rot resistant gene Rfgl existed in Huangzaosi, its four derivative lines and four hybrids, but stalk rot resistant gene Rpil were not found, and that only the hybrid Ludan981 contained the southern corn rust resistant gene RppQ in nine materials. STS analysis of southern corn leaf blight resistance gene rhm showed that nine materials had the same size bands, sequencing revealed that Huangzaosi had rhm gene. The results of SSR and STS analysis were according with the resistance of materials in the fields. The two molecular markers above could be used effectively to analyze the inheritance relation of maize resistant genes.
