摘要
采用实验法、数理统计法和对比分析法,对青岛农业大学5577名本科生三次体质追踪测试数据进行了分析。结果表明:入学时学生体质健康达标成绩较低。经过两年球类、武术、健美操、田径等专项体育教学课程的学习与训练,身体机能与素质得到明显提高,不同课程提高幅度不同,其中田径课程对体质的提高尤为明显。体育课结业后一年,学生的身体形态、素质、机能和评价等级均呈下降趋势。
It was analysed on the tracing tests of physical status that took three times on 5577 college students of Qingdao Agricultural University by using the experiment, mathematical statistic and comparative analysis. The results showed that the students' physical function and quahty were rather poor when they entered university. After one year's systematical physical education and training, their physical function has been evidently improved, but the development of their physical quality is unbalance and the track and field made obvious improvement. The students' physical function and quality have been declined one year after the physical curriculum terminated.
