摘要
采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法对多种滇产绿茶中硒的含量进行了分析,建立了仪器及氢化物产生的最佳实验条件,方法的线性回归方程为I=122.05C+15.295,相关系数r=0.9999,线性范围为0.18—30μg/L,最低检出限为0.055μg/L。测定结果表明,茶叶中硒的回收率在93%—102%之间。
The content of Selenium was determined in the green tea made in Yunnan with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The best determination condition was selected and quantitative analysis was acquired by standard curve(I=122.05C+15.295,r=0.9999).The liner range was 0.18—30μg/L.Its monitoring limit was 0.055μg/L.Its recovery rate was 93%—102%.
