摘要
目的:比较重建钢板与克氏针治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:手术治疗128例,其中重建钢板85例,克氏针43例,比较两种术式在手术时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症的发生率及临床疗效优劣。结果:两者在临床疗效及并发症方面无明显差异而在手术时间骨折愈合时间上存在差异。骨折愈合经过术后3月到18月随访,重建钢板组临床骨折愈合11月～14月,克氏针组临床骨折愈合时间6月～8月。结论:重建钢板与克氏针对锁骨骨折均有很好的疗效,前者更适合粉碎性锁骨。
Objective： To compare the effect of reconstructive plate and kirschner pins in the treatment of clavicular fracture. Method： 128 cases were treated with operation, 85 cases of reconstructive plate and 43 cases of kirschner pins. The operation time, fracture healing time, the incidence of complications and clinical effect of two methods were compared. Result： The clinical effect and complications had no obvious difference, while operation time and fracture healing time had difference. Fracture healing was followed up for 3 months to 18 months. The healing time were 11m-14m in reconstructive plate group and 6m--8m in kirschner pins group. Conclusion： Both constructive plate and kirschner pins have good effect in the treatment of clavicular fracture, the former is more suitable for comminuted fracture.
