摘要
对直线电机地铁车辆4种直线电机悬挂方式进行了分析,从结构、使用和维护等方面对4种结构型式的直线电机地铁转向架进行了对比,分析了4种转向架结构的优缺点。每种结构有其特定的使用环境,可针对线路来决定转向架的结构型式。曲线多且半径小的线路可选择迫导向转向架;对曲线少的线路,从制造、使用的角度建议优先选用直线电机架悬的方式。
Four kinds of metro vehicle LIM suspension modes were analyzed.Four kinds of LIM bogies were compared in terms of structure,use and maintenance,and the advantages and disadvanlages of them were given.Each kind of bogies has special enviroment to use.Bogie structure should be decided by the line on which the bogie will run.In view of manufacturing,using and maintenance,for the line which has more curves and small curve radius,the forced radial bogie is advisable,and for the line which has less curves,the LIM frame suspension mode is preferable.
