摘要
在利益相关者理论发展的历史上,先后出现了三个里程碑式的重要概念,它们标示着利益相关者理论发展的三次跨越、利益相关者责任认识的四次飞跃和利益相关者赋权的两次提升,是我们解读利益相关者理论演进逻辑的钥匙、划分利益相关者理论发展阶段的界标和衡量不同利益相关者理论的标尺。这三个概念就是"利益相关者影响"、"利益相关者参与"和"利益相关者共同治理"。三个概念前后相继的逻辑、里外包含的关系,构成了利益相关者理论发展的重要线索和直接表征。
There are three important conceptions appeared one after another as milestones in the history of stakeholder theory develop-ment, which are the signs of the cognition of responsibility to stakeholder and the upgrades of the empowerment to stakeholder, as well as the key to understand the logic of stakeholder theory development, the landmarks of different stakeholder theory development phases and different stakeholder theories. These conceptions are stakeholder influence, stakeholder participation and stakeholder co-governance. Their appearence and the relationships between each other imply the important hints of stakeholder theory development.
